HASPORT Terms and Policies: This sale is subject to these TERMS OF SALE and LIMITED WARRANTY. If these terms are not acceptable, you may return the enclosed items in new and resalable condition within ten (10) days from the date of delivery and HASPORT will give you a full refund of the purchase price. If you fail to return the items within this ten (10) day period, then you have accepted and are subject to these terms.
In addition to your return rights, if the TERMS OF SALE and LIMITED WARRANTY are not acceptable, you may return the items purchased in new and resalable condition for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery provided that you pay the shipping costs. C.O.D. shipments will be refused. After this thirty(30) day period expires, you are not entitled to return items except as provided in the LIMITED WARRANTY. A copy of your invoice must accompany the items returned. Discount accounts require a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by contacting a HASPORT representative. Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue A UPS call tag and pick up the item(s) at no cost to you, then ship the correct item and bill your credit card. Upon our receipt of the incorrect item, we will immediately credit your account. Items reshipped because of our errors will be shipped via UPS ground at our expense. If you need the items shipped via UPS Air Freight, you must pay the difference between the ground and airfreight amount. Damaged Shipments: All items that leave HASPORT have been thoroughly inspected for condition of product and shipping package. When you receive your shipment, be sure to inspect the cartons immediately, in the presence of the delivery person. If the package is damaged, you must file a claim with the freight carrier. You must keep all items and packing materials for inspection by the freight carrier. HASPORT is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. International Shipments: These terms do not apply to international shipments. Inquire of HASPORT for the rights and procedures that apply to international shipments.
What is covered: This warranty covers any defect in materials or workmanship in your HASPORT engine mount kit. (“engine mount”) What is not covered: Damage to the engine mount that is caused by abuse, misuse, modification, or excessive force being applied to the engine mount (such as crashing your automobile). Consequential and incidental damage (such as damage to your automobile if the engine mount fails) are not covered. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. How long coverage lasts: This warranty lasts as long as you own the engine mount. What HASPORT will do: HASPORT will repair or replace the engine mount if it is defective at no charge. HASPORT is not responsible for costs of removing or re-installing the engine mount. What you should do to obtain service: You must return the engine mount to HASPORT for inspection and pay the shipping cost for the return. Proof of purchase is required when obtaining warranty service, so you should include a copy of your invoice or other proof of purchase. If an engine mount is defective, HASPORT will repair or replace it within 30 days of receipt. Additional rights under state law: If a state law creates implied warranties, these implied warranties are limited in duration to the period that this warranty is in effect. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The most convenient method of ordering is by telephone or fax with your Visa or Mastercard. We also accept certified checks, cashiers checks, or money orders (payable to HASPORT). The funds must be payable in US Dollars. If you send a personal or business check, we require a mandatory 15(fifteen) day waiting period from the date that we deposit the check before we can ship the product(s). Checks returned by your bank are subject to a $20 service charge. C.O.D. orders are also permitted for qualified HASPORT account holders, payable by certified check, cahiers check, or money order only. All Arizona residents are subject to Arizona sales tax. Payment by Credit Card: HASPORT accepts only Visa and Mastercard at this time. To minimize the risk of fraud, we have specific policies regarding the use of credit cards. These policies must be followed in order for your order to be processed. 1. HASPORT will ship only to the address that the bank has on record for the credit card being used. The information you list on your order form (Name, Address, and Zip Code) must match the information that we will verify from your bank. If the information you provide us does not match your bank records, it is your responsibility to inform your bank of any errors or discrepancies. 2. We must have any daytime phone number in order to contact you in the event that there is a problem with your credit card order. If we are unable to contact you within 5 (five) business days, we must cancel your order. 3. All information requested must be completed for your order to be processed. Online Ordering Information: Hasport does not guarantee that all items are in stock. Items that are not in stock will be shipped when they become available. Orders will only be shipped when the entire order is filled. Online orders must be paid via credit card.
